Introduction to the Position:

Our client wants to hire a Head of Netsuite in Berlin. Following the departure of the previous Head of Netsuite, this position presents an exciting opportunity to take the lead of a dedicated team of Netsuite consultants, both onshore and offshore.


As the Head of Netsuite, you will oversee the maintenance and support of the system, ensuring its smooth operation and alignment with business objectives. Moreover, you will spearhead the rollout of Netsuite solutions to the company's new entities, driving efficiency and standardization across the organization.


This role is pivotal to the company's continued success and offers a competitive salary package. Candidates must reside in Berlin and possess relevant experience in team management within the e-commerce industry.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 Netsuite consultants, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to maximize their performance and productivity.
  • Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancement of Netsuite systems, ensuring optimal functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into Netsuite solutions that drive efficiency and support growth.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Netsuite usage, configuration, and customization, ensuring alignment with industry standards and company policies.
  • Drive the rollout of Netsuite solutions to new entities within the organization, coordinating resources and timelines to ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement improvements to enhance security, scalability, and reliability.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in Netsuite functionality, recommending and implementing relevant updates and enhancements to maximize system effectiveness.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in Netsuite administration, configuration, and customization, with a proven track record of successful system implementation and management.
  • Previous experience managing a team of Netsuite professionals, both onshore and offshore, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce industry processes and best practices, with hands-on experience implementing Netsuite solutions in this context.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute Netsuite implementation projects within defined timelines and budgets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
