Aufgrund des stetigen Wachstums wird die Position **Senior Field Representative | Agronom:in** geschaffen.

**Position**:
**Planung und Sicherung der Kartoffelversorgung**
- Förderung der Zusammenarbeit mit Kartoffelbauern, um neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu erschließen
- Unterstützung der Kartoffelbauern durch gezielte Beratung während des Anbauprozesses und der Lagerung
- Planung und Sicherstellung der Kartoffelversorgung der Fabriken
- Regelmäßige Probennahme von Feld
- und Lagerkartoffeln und Qualitätsbewertung gemäß den McCain-Anforderungen
- Berichterstattung und Dokumentation relevanter Informationen zur Transparenz und Effizienz

**Profil**:
**Ausgezeichnetes Organisationstalent mit einer kommunikativen Persönlichkeit**
- Grundlegende Voraussetzungen_
- Bachelor-Abschluss in Landwirtschaft, Agrarwirtschaft, Agronomie oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der landwirtschaftlichen Wertschöpfungskette, vorzugsweise im Kartoffelsektor
- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Niederländisch/Französisch ist ein Plus
- Computeraffin mit Kenntnissen über GPS und Smartphone-Technologien
- Verständnis von GIS und Fernerkundung eines Assets
- Wünschenswerte Pluspunkte_
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Eine positive Einstellung auch in herausfordernden Situationen mit engen Fristen
