Peoplegrip is looking for a Sales Representative to work at a Korean building and decorative material supplier in Frankfurt, Hessen. The parent company is a globally diversified entity and an innovative company that is responding to new needs in the fast-changing world well. The major area of products is as follows: Windows, Interior Stones, Decorative Materials, Total Interior, and Furniture.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Collaborating with Inside Sales Representatives to meticulously process orders, which includes managing import/export invoices with precision and ensuring adherence to stringent documentation standards
Having responsibility for logistics management and outsourced warehouse management
Managing major documents such as AP, AR, etc
Responding promptly and informatively to customer inquiries, providing intricate product information, accurate pricing, and transparent order updates
Being a proficient intermediary between customers and our headquarters, expertly communicating customer requests and facilitating prompt follow-up actions
Contributing to sales presentations and compiling materials for customer meetings, effectively showcasing the distinctive advantages of our interior finishing materials
Collaborating harmoniously with cross-functional teams, such as logistics and customer service, to amplify customer satisfaction and ensure flawless order accuracy
Supporting Sales Marketing/Customer Management

**Requirements**:
A bachelors degree in business or a relevant field is beneficial
Demonstrated experience in sales support, customer service, or closely related roles
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
A high degree of customer orientation and communication skills
Solution-oriented mindset underlined by strong problem-solving abilities
Excellent knowledge of English and Good knowledge of German for speaking and writing
Proficiency in MS Office
