About your future role
The Senior Pricing Manager will play a critical role in shaping the pricing strategy for our payment solutions across multiple markets. This position is responsible for driving data-driven pricing decisions that optimize profitability, enhance customer value, and support the company’s growth objectives. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in payments, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Your key tasks in this role will be:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies for our payment products and services that maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness
- Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor pricing to inform strategic decisions and optimize pricing models
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing) to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with business objectives
- Lead pricing-related initiatives, including discount management, promotions, and new product pricing
- Regularly monitor pricing performance and make data-driven adjustments as necessary
- Prepare reports and present key pricing insights and recommendations to senior management
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies in pricing practices
- Act as a key stakeholder in developing tools and systems for automating and optimizing the pricing process
Your key responsibility in this role will be:
- Own and manage the end-to-end pricing process for our payment solutions, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and effectiveness
- Lead initiatives to enhance pricing efficiency, transparency, and profitability
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all pricing-related matters within the organization
- Provide leadership and mentorship to more junior team members in the pricing function
- Collaborate closely with data teams to ensure pricing models are underpinned by strong, reliable data analytics

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:
- Extensive experience (5+ years) in pricing management, ideally within the payments industry or a similar fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Deep knowledge of payment systems, transaction flows, and industry-specific pricing models
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and derive meaningful insights to inform pricing strategies. Proficiency in tools like Excel, SQL, Python, R, or other data analytics platforms is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus
