We are looking for you as a **Head of Customer Service Semicon (M/F/d)** for our sales department in Stuttgart to support the growth of the Segment and to lead a team of Customer Service.

**Scope of your role**
- Develop the capabilities of the Customer Service team, e.g., through changing processes like planning and forecasting
- Act as a liaison between the Customer Service team and other stakeholders, such as executives, clients, sales segments, and business units, ensuring harmonized processes are implemented and followed across Industrial Europe
- Ensure customer satisfaction and that orders are recorded according to the defined KPIs
- Achieve sales and profit target according to the defined goals
- Drive strategic, process-oriented, and administrative topics
- Coordinate cross-functional process-oriented and administrative business topics from Customer Service

**What defines you**
- Business administration degree or comparable training
- Preferably 5+ years of work experience in sales related field
- Leadership experience, very good people and relationship-building skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and commercial negotiation skills
- Knowledge about relevant norms and processes in Industrial Europe, strong business sales and market knowledge
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office & ERP, specific or job-related systems
