Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Claims team in the Financial Lines division. As a Head of Claims, you will be responsible for overseeing the claims handling process, ensuring efficient and effective claims resolution, and maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Claims team in the Financial Lines division, ensuring effective claims handling and resolution.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve claims handling processes and reduce claims costs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, insurers, and experts, to resolve complex claims.
  • Design and develop innovative insurance products in the Financial Lines division, in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate with customers, insurers, experts, and other stakeholders to resolve claims and provide excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, insurers, and experts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in claims handling and risk management.

Requirements

  • Relevant education and experience in the insurance and finance industry.
  • Proven track record of success in claims handling and risk management, particularly in the Financial Lines division.
  • Strong knowledge of the national and international insurance market.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
