The Impact You’ll Make in this Role:
As a CIR Superuser you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Leads process improvement and changes based on agreement with stakeholders, positive approach towards team efforts and objective, tasks which requires knowledge proficiency._- Determines process improvements in order to increase quality and decrease cycle-time, solution for escalations._- Supports EMEA CIR team as expert of the process and tools used, stakeholders with reports, analyzes, summaries and qualitative indicators, transitions, more complex transactions, processes, and/or providing training and support._- Willingness to develop expertise outside team’s process (especially on touchpoints with process supported by team), actively participate in EMEA or Global projects related process and tools used, be involved in quality, transition topics._

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Customer Issue Resolution, complaints handling, collections or Customer Service- Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP and Salesforce.- Fluent English is a must.- Ease to build stakeholder networks- Strong problem solving skills, strong ownership of process- Organizational skills are key in the fast paced customer environment.- Ability to manage change including quickly adapting to new systems and processes.- Detailed oriented and enjoys working with customer, customer (stakeholder) focus mindset- Proactive attitude to the duties entrusted- Collaborative Team player- Analytical

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Project management experience- Lean six sigma, process quality administration experience

Work location:
- Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to Dusseldorf at least 1 days per week

Travel: May include up to 5% international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
