**Your mission**:

- Development of new Flavors, either pro-actively or based on customer projects, considering the legal and/or customer requirements and in line with company policies and guidelines
- Project lead for customer and/or internal projects, related to Flavor Creation
- Active participation on cross functional projects/initiatives
- Supporting the upscaling of flavors upon request
- Supporting sales and marketing with the development and execution of presentations for internal and external clients
- Customer visits upon request
- Providing technical training either for customers or internal teams
- Active participation in defining and executing innovation projects
- Support other departments on flavor creation related topics e.g. supporting QC and QM, supporting and participating in sensory projects
- Staying updated about latest trends, raw materials and legal changes in the area of expertise

**Your profile**:

- Expertise in developing savory flavors for various markets
- Expert knowledge in raw materials relevant to savory flavors
- Good knowledge about reaction flavors
- Very good understanding of the relevant legislations (EMEA)
- Willingness to travel (on average less than 20%)
- Good understanding of flavor relevant production methods
- Expertise in developing flavors for different encapsulation technologies
