Kenvue is recruiting for a
**Central Europe Women’s Health & Baby Squad Director (m/w/d)**
located in Neuss, Germany leading iconic brands such as o.b, Carefree, and Penaten.
You will lead the E2E Squad closely working with the EMEA Franchise Team on the overall innovation pipeline, communication development, and the delivery of the Central Europe P&L for the Squad.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Squad Leadership**
- The Women’s Health and Baby Squad Director position will manage a cross functional squad which forms 1 of 3 Squads in the Mass Sales channel
- The Squad Director position also has extended leadership responsibility for the broader marketing organization (e.g. processes like sales meetings, IBP, organization of management reviews for squads in channel) while driving the successfully implemented squad operating model
- This position is not an additional layer between the Head of Marketing CE and the other Mass Squad leaders - all Squad Leaders will continue to report directly to the Head of Marketing
**Brand Marketing Leadership Core Responsibilities**
- Leadership of a cross-functional team to set and achieve all KPIs (NTS, GP, MNI, BME, Share)
- Lead teams to identify powerful and insightful consumer insights that then get harnessed to develop and deploy new communication, claims or NPI through a connected marketing plan
- Make sure that new strategies are built on robust data analysis and consumer research.
- Shape and deliver against strategic connected Consumer and Professional marketing plans through the Squad to ensure we are close to the consumer, consumer/ professional convergence, and deliver against KPIs of NTS, GP and Share
- Lead the shaping of brand/product strategy and brand marketing strategy and in year in order to deliver business KPIs leveraging all business levers
- Create collaboration across functions to ensure the cross-functional squad plans are agreed, supported and implemented through the Customer organisation and across the wider Consumer Health matrix
- Ensure there is a strong external focus for the Squad in a relentless effort for excellence in execution
- Balance the need to deliver short term and longer-term business results to maximize overall organization performance
- Develop consumer insight led advertising from briefing, to testing, to execution, and optimization

- Build a high performing team and where people are inspired, challenged and motivated.
- Coach and develop all direct reports and squad members to support them in building personal excellence
Qualifications
**Qualifications**:
- Above-average (technical) university degree, ideally with a focus on marketing
- At least 10 years of extensive professional experience in operational and strategic marketing in the FMCG area
- Experience in the development of new products and communication including TV, print and digital
- Ideally experience in professional marketing and/or sales
- Confident handling of content-related and organizational complexity, e.g. in a matrix organization
- Management experience in working with (international) teams, leadership and training
- Very good communication and conflict resolution skills
- Very good analytical and problem-solving skills as well as a high affinity for numbers
- International professional experience as well as sales experience is desirable
**Other**
- Fluent written and spoken English and preference for the same in German
- 25% travel availability
This position is eligible for a Car Allowance.
