Mitarbeiter Customer Service (m/w/d) Teilzeit

**IHRE AUFGABEN**:

- Koordination von Kundengeschäftsterminen
- Telefonische Terminvereinbarung für den Vertrieb
- Im Auftrag des Kunden Produkte erklären, Informationen versenden, Bedarfe ermitteln
- Entgegennahme und Koordination von Kundenanfragen/ Bestellungen
- Messe
- und Besucherkontakte erfassen und nachverfolgen
- Befragung und Messung von Kunden Meinungen
- Telefon
- und Internetrecherche von Infrastruktur Projekten
- Preis
- und Wettbewerbsrecherche

**IHRE QUALIFIKATION**:

- sehr gutes Deutsch
- Selbstbewusstes Auftreten im Gespräch mit Kunden
- Hohe Service
- und Kundenorientierung
- Eigenverantwortliches arbeiten
