- Amirah Martin- Consultant We are working with a private markets manager who are looking to fill a brand new headcount in the Sales team. This will suit an individual with a strong wholesale network in Germany & Austria. An excellent opportunity for someone to join a drive this business area forwards and grow it out organically.
**Responsibilities**
- Generate new capital from fundraising opportunities with banks, asset managers, family offices and wealth managers in Germany & Austria
- Map out the market and proactively generate business through cold calling.
- Create and distribute marketing materials and responses to inbound client requests.
- Become an expert in the firm’s investment strategies across asset classes including private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real estate.
**Requirements**:
- At least 4 years’ experience selling investment products to wholesale investors in Germany & Austria.
- Fluency in German & English.
- Experience working in a sales role within asset management, prior coverage of private markets is _not_ essential.
- Strong relationship management skills and commercial mindset.
