**I**ntroduction on the role**:
The Director, Sales GAB is responsible for creating, leading and executing the strategic growth vision across our GAB territories.
This role will play a critical senior role in the growth of Crocs in the GAB region, especially within the strategically critical German market. This role will have full commercial responsibility for our GAB wholesale business.
The role leads a team of talented salespeople (ca. 10), driving our seasonal sales campaigns and managing key customers relationships across the territory.
This position will oversee Key Account and Field account teams, and is ultimately responsible for brand growth, market health and success in both the short-term and long-term.
This role will be an important part of our EMEA sales organization, helping to create and drive wholesale growth strategies for the GAB region and the Crocs brand.
This is a newly created role in the Crocs EMEA organization, giving full focus to our GAB Sales organization, to drive growth and continue the exceptional brand momentum in our key markets.
**What will you do?**
- Management, leadership and development of a team of (x) direct reports.
- Support and execute engagement, motivation and success within the broader EMEA wholesale organization.
- Bring a People-First approach to coaching, empowerment and leadership for a young, dynamic and talented organization.
- Enable and inspire our GAB sales Key Account teams (BLX and Germany) to drive growth strategies for the top GAB accounts incl Deichmann and Foot Locker Europe within our G20 group.
- Adapt and implement process and operating tools to drive focus for the GAB team.
- Support and execute projects and initiatives across internal functions and departments to drive growth for key accounts within the GAB region.
- Build deep partnership across the organization through EMEA, to support and execute EMEA wide strategic sales initiatives and process.
- Drive wholesale strategy for the GAB region, sharing growth, strategies and vision across the EMEA org at company and executive level.
- Partner with our Digital and Distributor leaders in GAB to ensure strong visibility and consistency for brand execution and strategy in the markets.
- Partner with Finance, Operations and Logistics teams to execute stronger profitability and focus on key KPIs for the segment.
- Support and implement an account planning system and culture to optimize inventory & demand planning for growth.
**Who are you?**
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
- 5+ years in Sales Leadership roles.
- 10+ years in Sales and Account Management.
- A 'people-first' leader that brings a track record of leading and developing teams.
- Deep knowledge & experience of the German, Austrian and Benelux wholesale environments and Key Customers.
- Proven ability in driving successful growth strategies in complex environments.
- Self-starter who works well in fast-paced and high-performance environment.
- Ability to effectively navigate a Matrix organization with successful partnership and relationship focus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills. Can influence effectively both internally and externally from mid to senior level stakeholders.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to Leadership and C-Suite levels.
- Innovative, flexible, and creative problem-solving skills.
