**Als Internal Sales Specialist (m/w/d) bist du Ansprechpartner**: in für unsere Wholesale-Kunden, verantwortest die Kundenbetreuung und koordinierst die entsprechenden Vertriebsabläufe intern sowie kundenseitig.

INTERNAL SALES SPECIALIST (M/W/D)

Aufgaben
- Betreuung unserer in
- und ausländischen Wholesale-Kunden
- Verantwortung des Auftrags
- und Reklamationsmanagements inklusive der Auftrags
- und Lieferüberwachung
- Sicherstellung einer optimalen Warenverfügbarkeit unter Berücksichtigung von Limitplanungen
- Analyse der Sortimentsperformance sowie Ableitung und Umsetzung von entsprechenden Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Area Sales Managern, Agenturen, Importeuren sowie internen Abteilungen

Qualifikation
- Du hast ein Studium mit den Schwerpunkten BWL, Textil und/oder Bekleidung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du konntest idealerweise schon erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Modebranche sammeln
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem sowie den gängigen MS Office Programmen
- Du kommunizierst freundlich und souverän in deutscher und englischer Sprache und zeigst dabei immer eine hohe Kundenorientierung
- Du bist flexibel und arbeitest gerne eigenständig, zuverlässig und strukturiert
