To support our sales department in the EMA East Region, we are currently offering a position as
- Sales Excellence Specialist (M/F/d)Your Tasks
- Sales Optimization & Excellence coordination and co-travel in EMEA EAST Region
- Test creation for regular knowledge checks with the sales force and evaluation of these tests
- Communication of different Onsite Training to Sales Managers, follow up with Sales representatives in the field to enhance our unique #ArthrexProud culture
- Plan dedicated product training according to internal test requirements
- Participation in congresses, trade fairs and events
- ECI Trainings planification and organization in collaboration with GMs
- Participation in EMEA EAST Region sales meetings and strong collaboration with Regional Director CEE
- Maintaining contact with key opinion leaders
- Close cooperation with the Product Management, Marketing, Medical Education and Supply Chain Management departments
- Forwarding of feedback from users on anomalies and suggestions for improvements to products and techniques
- Collaboration in the further development and optimization of processes and procedures in the department
- Carrying out co-trips with the field sales force in the EMEA EAST Region
- Identification and preparation of Sales and Product Trainer function in selected countries with local team

Your Profile
- Successfully completed medical training / studies, preferably in an operative field, or commercial or technical training / studies or comparable qualification
- Experience in medical device and pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Good MS Office user skills as well as good knowledge of English in word and writing
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, engaging appearance
- High degree of personal responsibility and independence
- Customer and employee orientation
- Good self-organization skills
- Experience in employee training and conducting workshops is an advantage
- High willingness to travel
