**Head of People Planning (M/F/d)**:
Hyundai Head of Section is a proven professional managing a team towards operational planning to support department objectives. HoS identifies need for changes and implements improvements of process and procedures, leading to creating value to business and corporate.
As Head of People Planning Section, you are responsible for designing and implementing people and organizational framework such as HR standards (policies, compensation & benefits, HR processes and programs) as well as leading key strategic people agenda such as talent identification, succession planning, workforce planning and organizational design.
**_ We want you to:_**:
- Ensure the design of the organizations is aligned with company’s strategy
- Manage workforce planning including budget and headcounts, considering forcasted needs (not only the staffing needs but assessing the skills/mindset/competencies employees need to have)
- Identify and manage mission essential positions and the succession planning of these positions, considering our talent pipeline
- Manage identified talents and design their career path to develop future leaders, with consideration of their retention
- Manage and host regular people review sessions in collaboration with People Business Partners
- Design and implement policies, programs and projects to achieve Company’s strategic objectives
- Be responsible for the design, drafting, update and communication of policies, with the support and collaboration of People Business Partners
- Assess internal HR processes and manage their optimization
- Develop communication plans for the introduction of people policies, processes and programs
- Design and implement innovative compensation and benefit strategy
- Develop and manage rewards, LTI, variable pay, and all compensation and benefit related activities
- Monitor compensation & benefits benchmark and trends, and propose action plans
- Supervise payroll specialists, ensuring the proper payroll administration
- Partner with Learning & Development team regards to culture and pulse surveys to draw out insights and to steer action plans
- Partner with internal communication team to steer the development and implmenation of internal HR communications based on people strategy
- Supervise change management initiatives, including the operation of Innovation Platform
**_About you:_**:
- University Degree (Bachelor/MBA etc.)
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in related position or specialization
- Strong people leadership skills
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to identify opportunities and achieve results in a fast growing organization
- Ability to analyse, interpret and communicate a range of complex information
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to excel change, inspire and motivate others
- Fluency in English
