**Head of Product PR (M/F/d)**:
**Head of Product PR (M/F/d**:
Reporting to the European Head of PR & Communications, the Head of Product Communications will be accountable for the pan-European Product PR of Hyundai Motor Europe. This includes: Develop and implement strategy on European product communication incl. guidance, contents, measurement, processes and activities in to support the visibility and positive tonality of Hyundai products in public channels, including media, influencers and Hyundai-owned channels.

**_ We want you to:_**:

- Develop and implement HME’s strategic approach and tactical pan-European PR activities for Hyundai products in Europe, including annual PR budget and topic planning and ongoing reviews of the agreed plan
- Define positioning, messaging and activity plans for Hyundai products, securing approval from management and other stakeholders and ensuring alignment in all markets
- Manage and develop team to further develop and maintain positive, future driven and productive spirit
- Ensure PR assets are prepared and shared for Hyundai products, including press releases, press kit material, Q&As, briefings, speeches, visuals, etc.
- Coordinate planning and messaging with Corporate and Brand Communication
- Identify how to optimize PR activities to reach relevant customer groups including new audiences, aligned with product profile and HME’s overall PR direction
- Lead the effort to monitor and evaluate PR performance in Europe: develop HME’s reporting; ensure effective internal reporting to management; lead communication with markets about local performance; identify opportunities for improvement in Hyundai’s share of voice and positive tonality
- Encourage and support the development of PR activities at a national level - including collaborative projects - that are aligned with Hyundai’s European PR strategy and tactics
- Develop and maintain relationships with relevant contacts and key stakeholders at a pan-European level on PR topics, including media when required (e.g. on PR events) and agency partners
- Monitor and track latest PR trends and potential influence on future communication
- Engage with subordinate staff in accordance with internal and legal requirements

**_Requirements:_**:

- University degree in communications, marketing, related field with Master’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in communications, with an excellent knowledge media landscape and communication mix. Prior experience in the automotive, mobility or tech marketing space is preferred
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication campaigns and launches across multiple channels
- Prior leadership experience in successfully developing a PR strategy at a European level
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Leadership skills with the ability to build consensus whilst maintaining a strong sense of urgency
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions
- Effective stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives through experience and expertise
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build productive relationships with people at all levels within the organization
- Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English and or other European languages skills advantageous
