**Aufgaben**
- Funktion als Ansprechpartner bei fachlichen, betrieblichen und persönlichen Anliegen der Mitarbeiter
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung, Planung, Steuerung und das Monitoring von Projekten im gesamten Customer Service
- Analyse und Bewertung der Qualitäts-, Kosten
- sowie Performancepotenziale in den einzelnen Serviceprozessen des eCommerce
- Einführung von neuen Prozessen und die Automatisierung von bestehenden Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der IT, Fachberatung und dem Qualitätsmanagement
- Schnittstellenfunktion zu den Abteilungen Einkauf, Marketing, Lagerlogistik und IT
- Ad-hoc-Analysen, Reporting und die Weiterentwicklung von KPI, einschließlich Benchmarking und ähnlicher Maßnahmen

**Dein Profil**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt BWL und/oder QM oder eine entsprechende Ausbildung bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service und eCommerce
- Erfahrung in der Koordination von Teams
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Call Center Software und CRM
- Kommunikationsstärke, emotionale Intelligenz und ein reifer Führungsstil runden dein Profil ab
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
