Network Planning Senior Specialist

**My duties**
- Support in the development, implementation and monitoring of Genesis agent / authorized repairer standards and practices
- Ensure effective cooperation and collaboration with internal stakeholders and partners for effective planning and mutual understanding
- Support the identification and development of efficient process, policies and systems in areas of responsibility
- Provide input into Business Strategy considering current and future related challenges
- Support the network recruitment strategy for implementation through market level resources
- Assist in the appropriate investor support program as required
- Support requirements of effective operation of the retail distribution model(s)
- Analyze digital systems suitability for the business model
- Support in the creation of structure of workflows required to implement identified requirements via Task Force Teams and rigorous project management and allocation of tasks
- Support initiatives to operate collaboratively, with transparency, integrity and fairness at all times
- Contribute in the creation of structured reporting formats to ensure efficiency of progress reporting
**My qualifications**
- University Degree in Business Administration or related
- Thorough understanding of automotive business operations and model
- 3+ years of automotive industry experience in a retail model facing capacity
- Multi-market experience preferred
- Experience of network development activities and roles
- Strong project management focus and experience
- Collaboration skills - experience with working across multiple teams in a matrix/project co-ordination way
- Organization skills - able to manage multiple projects, resources and work streams
- Strong verbal, written and group presentation skills
- Commitment to transparency, fairness, compliance and integrity of business operations and team management
- Fluency in English language; German or any other language is an advantage
