Bei Brevo haben Customer Experience Mitarbeiter *innen spannende Aufgaben. Die wichtigste Verantwortung ist der direkte Support, vor allem per E-Mail und Telefon.

Für unser Customer Experience Team in Berlin, mit Schwerpunkt auf unseren Newsletter2go Kunden, suchen wir ab sofort deutschsprachige Verstärkung.

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du bearbeitest und löst die täglichen Kundenanfragen
- Du stellst sicher, dass die Fragen und Probleme der Kunden richtig und schnell gelöst werden für ein hervorragendes Kundenerlebnis
- Du gehst mit schwierigen Kunden professionell um und eskalierst Probleme in andere Abteilungen
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem technischen Team zusammen um Fehler zu identifizieren, die sich auf unsere Kunden auswirken
- Du arbeitest selbstständig mit unserer Plattform und den Tools die wir unseren Kunden anbieten
- Du erlernst die technischen Aspekte des E-Mail Marketings, z.B. die Erstellung/Änderung von DNS-Einträgen, E-Mail-freundliches HTML und die Brevo API

**Dein Profil**:

- ** Deutsch auf C1 / C2 Niveau** sowie **Englisch auf B1 / B2 Niveau**:

- Kundenorientiert und lernbegeistert
- Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice / Customer Service / Customer Experience / Customer Care
- Vorerfahrung mit der Bearbeitung von Tickets
- Gutes technisches Verständnis
- Erfahrung mit E-Mail-Marketing Tools ist ein Plus
