**JOB DESCRIPTION**

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic graphic design company in Berlin. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and assistance. Fluency in Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish is essential for effective communication with our clients in these languages.

**REQUIREMENTS**

Fluency in Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish is mandatory.

Excellent communication skills in English to collaborate effectively with colleagues and teams.

Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Knowledge or experience in graphic design is highly desirable.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and empathize with customers.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support tools is a plus.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate and timely information about our graphic design products and services.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including the design, production, and sales departments, to ensure customer satisfaction and meet their needs.

Assist with order processing, product recommendations, and upselling opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue.

Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently, striving to find effective solutions and turn unhappy customers into loyal advocates.

Document customer interactions, feedback, and inquiries accurately in our CRM system to facilitate tracking and analysis of customer trends and preferences.

Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives by providing feedback and suggestions based on customer feedback and experiences.

**PAY**

We offer a competitive salary of €2,405 gross per month, along with a performance bonus of €300 gross per month.
