WHAT TO EXPECT.
- You proactively engage with all inbound leads (prospects and customers) to qualify them for sales or marketing nurturing activities
- You will conduct lead generation campaigns to identify new target contacts and outbound calling activities as part of vertical market penetration initiatives and assist with new product launches and other business development activities
- You will maintain strong communication with the sales and marketing teams to assess the quality of leads and identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of brand building and lead generation activities
- You will work from the Ratingen location with the possibility for home office (40%)

WHAT YOU'LL BRING.
- A completed commercial vocational training or studies with focus on sales / marketing
- Ideally, but not necessarily, first experience in inside sales or a comparable position in the B2B segment
- A passion for measurable results and a desire to contribute to the growth of the German sales funnel and new customer business
- A high level of diligence and reliability, willingness to follow a standard process and enthusiasm to proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Effective time management, good planning and organizational skills, and an independent and solution-oriented approach to work
- A high degree of diligence and reliability, as well as a quick grasp of new ideas
- Knowledge in the use of CRM systems (preferably SalesForce), MS Office as well as tools for lead management and acquisition, such as LinkedIn Navigator, would be desirable
- Fluent in German as well as good English skills
