Sales Support Telesales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Telesales sales management with organisational tasks
  • Coordinate and network with office staff and telesales agents
  • Provide administrative support to Telesales team managers
  • Be the permanent contact person for all telesales agents in administrative matters
  • Check and follow up on applications from interested parties
  • Optimise workflows and advise on commercial and bank information
  • Assist with the procurement of SEPA mandates and collateral
  • Process clarification cases, identify and forward customer enquiries
  • Conduct CRM research, point system, and duplicate checks
  • Process leads, lead submissions, preliminary enquiries, etc.
  • Support the sales management in creating statistics
  • Ensure compliance with specified guidelines and report to superiors
  • Support DKV FLEET VIEW:
    • Box ordering and returns handling
    • Contract confirmations and deposit fees
    • Ticket creation and research
    • Analyses, including creation of weekly statistics

Requirements:

  • Qualified and completed commercial training
  • High affinity for sales, initial experience in sales is desirable
  • Service-orientation and willingness to provide service
  • Open, positive communication behaviour
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office products
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good understanding of numbers, abstraction skills, ideally experience with SAP R3 applications
  • Ability to work in a team, initiative, and commitment
