Zur Vervollständigung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n **Sales Trainer Orthodontics (m/w/x).**
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Entwicklung und Durchführung von Verkaufstrainings
- Anpassung des globalen Schulungskonzeptes an die regionalen Anforderungen
- Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams in der CRM-Nutzung und des CRM-Reportings
- Erstellung und Vereinbarung eines Entwicklungskonzepts für Vertriebskompetenzen
- Umfassende Betreuung und Entwicklung der individuellen Kompetenzen von Coachees
**Ihr Profil**
- Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertiger Abschluss und 3 bis 5 Jahre Erfahrung in einer Medizin Produkte oder digital affinen Branche
- Min. 3-jährige Erfahrung in Account Management und Vertrieb
- Min. 2-jährige Berufserfahrung in der Analyse des Schulungsbedarfs von Mitarbeitern
- Ausgeprägte empathische Fähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und hohe Flexibilität
- Erfahrung als Trainer und die Fähigkeit, andere zu motivieren, zu inspirieren und zu fördern
- Freude an der Gestaltung von Lehrmedien, Lernmaterialien, E-Learning und computergestützten Schulungen
- Erfolgreiche Anwendung der Theorien und Prinzipien der Erwachsenenbildung idealerweise Nachweis einer Coaching-Ausbildung
- Fähigkeit zur Ausfüllung einer Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Marketing, Vertrieb und klinischem Team
- Ausgezeichnete schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
- Nachweisliche Fachkenntnisse über Verkaufsprozesse
- Gute Auffassungsgabe und Verständnis für alle Phasen der Kundenentwicklung
- Selbstbewusste, starke und freundliche Persönlichkeit
- Hohe Eigenmotivation und Leistungsbereitschaft auch in Ausnahmesituationen
- Reisebereitschaft bis zu 60 % mit Führerscheinklasse Klasse B
