In der Rolle als Strategic Lead Personal Branding & Executive Positioning (all genders) liegt dein Fokus auf dem Gewinn und der initialen strategischen Begleitung von Kund:innen im Bereich Personenmarkenaufbau und - positionierung. Durch deine Erfahrung im Umgang mit C-Level Executives sowie dem kommunikativen Ökosystem kannst du glaubhaft und erfolgreich Strategien für eine authentische, reichweitenstarke Positionierung entwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben
- Teilnahme an und Gestaltung von Erstgesprächen mit interessierten Kund:innen sowie das Verfassen von Angeboten im Nachgang in Rücksprache mit der VP Strategy
- Konzeption und Durchführung von starken, interaktiven Positionierungsworkshops
- Verfassen von datengetriebenen Positionierungsstrategien, inkl. Content
- und Kanalstrategien in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Data Team
- Durchführung von relevanten Trainings zu den Kanälen und Netzwerken
- Mitnahme aller relevanter Stakeholder:innen intern bei PIABO und beim Kunden
- Abstimmung der Ergebnisse mit Kund:innen
- Übergabe an das Content-Team nach Finalisierung
- Entwicklung von neuen Kommunikationsprodukten im Bereich Personal Branding und Ausbau des Geschäftsfelds

**Dein Profil**:

- Nachweisliche Erfahrung und Erfolge im Bereich C-Level Beratung und Positionierung
- Nachweisliche Erfahrung im Bereich Kommunikation, Speaker:innen Placement auf Datenbasis und mit strategischem Vorgehen
- Charisma, Ruhe, Überzeugungskraft
- Geduld und Talent, Zusammenhänge zu erklären und Sachverhalte proaktiv zu hinterfragen
- Beratende Funktion gegenüber Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen einnehmen
- Sehr sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und Zuverlässigkeit
- Anpack-Mentalität und Can-do-Attitude
- Bevorzugt: Kontakte zu den sozialen Netzwerken direkt und / oder Medien, Events etc.
- Fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
