Cielo is seeking a highly skilled Brand and Digital Solutions Manager to join our team. As a key member of our employer branding team, you will be responsible for developing and leading client relationships with brand and talent marketing solutions that enable direct clients and our client teams to drive direct hiring, enhance the quality of hire, ignite talent performance, and maximize the value of the client's employer brand.
Key Responsibilities- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish trusted, consultative partnerships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers to drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage income and expenditure to achieve objectives efficiently and effectively, ensuring maximum ROI on all projects.
- Creative and Strategic Thinking: Generate innovative ideas and solutions that drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
- Line Management: Lead, develop, and evaluate the performance of team members to ensure they have the skills and support needed to succeed.
- Accountability and Execution: Deliver sustainable results and set well-defined objectives, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Project Delivery: Scope, convert, and own project delivery to the value of $150k+, across the Brand and Digital solution portfolio, with support from Director - Brand Strategy.
- Day-to-Day Operations: Lead the delivery of Brand and Digital solutions, delegating project tasks across Brand & Digital and Social Media Consultants, and taking ownership of current project invoicing, accounting, and reporting.
- High-Quality Project Outputs: Ensure high-quality project outputs (budget, high-quality work, and client satisfaction) for complex annual programs, research, brand strategy, creative and design, managed services, and tactical campaigns.
- Internal and External Stakeholder Management: Build high visibility and reputation with internal stakeholders, typically Manager level and above in the areas of sales, solutions, business development, leading to ongoing Client Development opportunities.
- Strategic Creative Briefs: Write strategic creative briefs to director satisfaction, with support in sharpening the proposition with Brand Strategy/VP leader support.
- Personal Brand Reputation: Invest in personal brand reputation by contributing to internal and external blogs, white papers, and webinars.
- Client Development: Contribute to RPO new business pursuits at all stages of the sales process, and lead on Brand & Digital direct client new business pursuits.
- Market and Talent Intelligence: Gather market and talent intelligence to develop highly targeted talent marketing strategies.
- ROI Maximization: Measure and maximize ROI on all projects, ensuring that tracking of campaigns is properly set up and reported.
- Data Analysis: Provide data to teams accurately and efficiently, with key insights overlaid for governance and continuous improvement purposes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in a related field. High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Extensive experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is required (either RPO/In-House or Brand/Recruitment Marketing Agency).
- Exposure: Ability to produce and analyze data, identify opportunities, and use data to drive decisions.
- Language: Fluency in English required. German Language is advantageous.
