We are looking for a superstar to join our EMEA based Account Development team who wants to launch their career in tech sales Our HQ office is based in Silicon Slopes, Utah, USA; although this currently is a remote based role (while we are on a "Work From Home" status) the role can be remote or in person at our Wiesbaden or Hamburg office once we reopen. This could be the perfect role for you if you are already based in Germany.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- You are hungry to get your start in technology sales or are looking for the opportunity to learn account development within a complex environment.
- At least 6 months experience in a sales-related role.
- Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly. Tech savvy, this is a tech company after all
- Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment as a team player.
- You are a positive and energetic communicator on the phone with excellent listening skills and strong writing skills.
- You love people and are not afraid to connect and build relationships.

**Bonus Points**:

- Previous experience with Lead qualification/ Sales Development within a SaaS company.
- Previous Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- This is an entry to a mid-level account development position with growth opportunities
- Follow-up in a timely manner on leads that come into the system via webinars, events and other marketing efforts
- Help source new leads and contacts via Salesforce, Linkedin, and Zoominfo
- Prospect, educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Collaborate with other InMoment teams, providing constructive feedback on customer needs to ensure competitiveness and provide a clear vision for success
