**Über das Projekt**:
Falling Walls Venture ist eine globale Plattform und weltweit sichtbarer Wettbewerb für die vielversprechendsten wissenschaftlichen Start-ups, die von akademischen Institutionen aus der ganzen Welt nominiert werden. Das Format bietet eine Bühne für Sciencepreneurs und Science Start-ups, die erfolgreich Wissenschaft in Wirtschaft umgewandelt und bewiesen haben, wie unternehmerische Lösungen zur Bewältigung der dringendsten Herausforderungen unserer Zeit beitragen können.

Jedes Jahr suchen wir gemeinsam mit Universitäten, Forschungseinrichtungen und wissenschaftlichen Organisationen die besten Ausgründungen und innovativsten Spin-offs der Welt. Die 25 ausgewählten Start-ups werden eingeladen, um ihre bahnbrechenden Innovationen im Rahmen des Falling Walls Science Summit in Berlin zu pitchen.

Die Projektleitung verantwortet die strategische Weiterentwicklung von Venture, das operative Projekt
- und Veranstaltungsmanagement und die Einbettung in die Sciencepreneur Tracks des Falling Walls Science Summits.

Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine Projektleitung in Vollzeit.

**Deine Aufgaben**:
Strategische Weiterentwicklung von Falling Walls Venture:

- Ausbau der Netzwerkaktivitäten und Entwicklung von Wertversprechen für verschiedene Stakeholder Gruppen des Venture Netzwerks; in Form von Fundraising, Partnerakquise, Partnerpflege
- Einbettung in den Sciencepreneurs Programmtrack des Faling Walls Science Summits
- Führung und ggf. Ausbau eines kleinen Teams von aktuell zwei Personen
- Schnittstellenmanagement zu anderen Projekten von Falling Walls

Projekt
- und Veranstaltungsmanagement:

- Planung und Umsetzung des Venture Pitch Events im Rahmen des Falling Walls Science Summit am 7. November in Berlin und einer entsprechenden Abendveranstaltung im Rahmen des Science Summit. Verantwortlich für das Projektmanagement, einschließlich Budget
- und Ressourcenplanung, Prozessentwicklung und Qualitätssicherung.
- Koordination einer hochkarätigen Jury und des Venture Advisory Boards

Strategische und operative Teamarbeit:

- Zusammenarbeit und Weiterentwicklung der Themen Startup-Förderung und Forschungstransfer mit den Kolleg:innen des International Networks Clusters
- Pflege des Sciencepreneurs-Ökoystems um Falling Walls Venture
- Projektübergreifende Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen des Global Call und der Planung des Falling Walls Science Summits

**Dein Profil**:
Du hast:

- ein abgeschlossenes Studium, Ausbildung oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrungen mit Start-Ups, Technologietransfer, Gründern, VCs, o.ä. und Begeisterung dafür, Wissenschaft in Business zu verwandeln.
- mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im wissenschaftlichen oder unternehmerischen Umfeld;
- Erfahrungen im Fundraising und/oder der Partnergewinnung
- ein unternehmerisches Mindset und eine Hands-On-Mentalität
- ein professionelles Auftreten
- herausragende Kommunikationsskills auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Kommunikationsmaßnahmen
- Von Vorteil sind Erfahrungen in der Koordination von Veranstaltungen und/ oder Durchführung von Events
- Von Vorteil ist ein bestehendes VC-Netzwerk Science/ Deep Tech
