**About the Role**

As our first Head of Marketing, you will be working directly with our Founder & CEO on driving our brand's success through strategic planning, customer acquisition, community engagement, and innovative marketing initiatives. Your deep enthusiasm for fitness, combined with your expertise in marketing, will position you to build a thriving and impactful brand presence both nationally and internationally. You will begin this role as a leading individual contributor with the goal to build up a team and agency support streamlined with the company's growth.

Your responsibilities will include.:

- Crafting a comprehensive customer acquisition playbook that outlines strategies for sustainable growth. Design a marketing blueprint to guide future campaigns and initiatives.
- Developing and executing a robust, long-term marketing and brand strategy across various national and international markets.
- Establish and uphold brand standards, ensuring consistency across all marketing and communications channels catering to both clients and coaches.
- Leading the formation and development of the future marketing and customer growth team.
- Strategically plan and implement marketing campaigns with a customer journey focus.
- Selecting and managing brand partnerships with external agencies to explore growth opportunities
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to create attribution funnels for marketing channels, optimizing targeting, landing pages, and bidding strategies.

**What you need to be great at this job**
- Extensive experience in designing compelling retail/offline brand experiences, including in-store branding and customer service excellence.
- Proven ability in event marketing and community building, fostering meaningful connections with customers and local communities.
- Adept at crafting and conveying the brand's story to resonate with the target audience.
- Strong content creation and curation skills to reflect the brand's voice and values.
- Proficiency in social media management, and tailoring brand communication for different platforms.
- Collaboration with the product team and designers to produce visuals aligning with brand aesthetics and message.
- Basic financial understanding and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Familiarity with budget management and profit and loss concepts.
