Lead Customer Service (m/w/d)

Wir bei BURNHARD revolutionieren das Grill
- und Outdoor-Cooking-Erlebnis. Dafür entwickeln wir großartige Gasgrills, Pizzaöfen, Smoker und BBQ-Tools. Als Direct-To-Consumer-Brand ist uns die Nähe zu unseren Kunden und Fans sehr wichtig. Daher sind wir vom Customer Service über unsere Facebook-Fan-Gruppe bis zu unserem YouTube Channel immer persönlich und mit voller Leidenschaft dabei. 2018 mit einer kleinen Truppe unter der Haube der Springlane GmbH gegründet, haben wir mittlerweile mehr als 100 Leute im Team. Wir sind eine der am schnellsten wachsenden BBQ-Brands in Europa und brennen darauf, den Markt für Outdoor Cooking weiter aufzumischen. Lust, dabei zu sein?

Aufgaben
- Du führst unser Customer Service Team fachlich und disziplinarisch und bist für die ganzheitliche Weiterentwicklung zuständig.
- Die Ergebnisverantwortung für den gesamten Bereich (Erreichbarkeit, Produktivität, Effektivität, Kundenzufriedenheit) liegt in deiner Verantwortung.
- Als Schnittstelle zu allen relevanten Abteilungen, externen Dienstleistern und unseren Leads sorgst du für eine effektive Zusammenarbeit und setzt neue Impulse.
- Das Managen unseres externen Kundenservice-Dienstleisters gehört zu deinen Aufgaben.
- Um unseren Kundenservice auf das nächste Level zu bringen, entwickelst du ein Kennzahlensystem zur Sichererstellung der Zielerreichung in den Serviceprozessen sowie eine darauf abgestimmte Ressourcenplanung.
- Darüber hinaus entwickelst und implementierst du innovative neue Ansätze (z.B. ChatBot, KI-unterstütztes Arbeiten, etc.)

Qualifikation
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und bringst fundierte Berufserfahrung im Bereich Kundenservice, Consulting, Sales o.ä. mit.
- Du liebst es Prozesse und Strukturen aufzubauen und zu optimieren und kannst dabei auf deine Erfahrung im Projektmanagement zurückgreifen.
- Du führst dein Team KPI-getrieben und motivierst es zum lösungsorientierten Handeln
- Du kennst dich mit dem Sammeln und Verknüpfen von Daten aus diversen Quellen zur Analyse von Ursachen und zur Entscheidungsfindung aus
