1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking a** Team Leader, Professional Services** to support our growing global team.

Reporting directly to our **Professional Services Manager**, the **Team Leader, Professional Services **will be responsible for delivering professional services as well as overseeing a small professional services team. The role requires leadership and management skills to ensure that, together with the **Professional Services Manager**, the team delivers professional services to new and existing customers in an efficient standardized manner.

As a **Team Leader, Professional Services **at 1WorldSync, the responsibilities include the following:
- Manage a small professional services team- Liaise closely with the **Professional Services Manager** to ensure assigned tasks are executed- Become the first point of contact and escalation for the professional services team. Act as an intermediary between the team and the **Professional Services Manager**- Liaise with the atrify sales, marketing, and management teams to ensure that the professional services offered by the team are aligned with the agreed strategy- Keep the professional services team updated regarding the evolution of the portfolio of professional services offered- Participate in the team members' hiring process- Assist with the introduction of the template CX processes and procedures- Report on the performance of the professional services team

**Required Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree.- 2+ years experience working in a customer-facing role

**Desired Skills**:
- Great verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences;- Excellent organizational, problem solving and time-management skills;- Master of plate spinning and get joy out of working tactically to execute tasks;- Genuinely care about customers and have profound customer empathy and an ability to understand customer needs;- Having proficiency in languages other than English is an added advantage.

**Additional Details**:- This is a hybrid position that requires 3 days per week at our Cologne, Germany office location.- This position requires up to [x%] travel.
