Um unser Kundenservice-Team in Bönen, Deutschland, zu verstärken, suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine(n) motivierte(n)**:Asset & Customer Service Team Lead**

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Führung, Motivation und Koordination des Kundenservice Teams für die Region DACH ((Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz)
- Mitwirkung bei der Beratung und Betreuung internationaler Kunden, insbesondere Großkunden aus dem deutschen Lebensmitteleinzelhandel
- Schnittstelle für externe Kunden als auch interne Abteilungen wie Zentral-Logistik Buchhaltung, Vertrieb und Operations Management
- Termingerechte Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen
- Beschwerdemanagement
- Stammdatenanlage und Stammdatenpflege
- Mitwirkung in nationalen und internationalen Projekten
- Erstellung diverser Systemberichte und Kennzahlen-Reporting
- Abwicklung der gesamten Auswertung von Inventuren inklusive der nachgelagerten Klärung von Inventurdifferenzen
- Kontinuierliche Optimierung der Prozesse im Kundenservice

**Dein Profile**
- Du hast eine Ausbildung als Industriekaufmann / Industriekauffrau, Bürokaufmann / Bürokauffrau oder gleichwertige Kenntnisse durch Erfahrung in einer Kundenbetreuungsposition. Motivation und Lernfähigkeit sind wichtiger als langjährige Erfahrung.
- Du besitzt bereits erste Führungserfahrung im Customer Service oder in einem angrenzenden Bereich.
- Du stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf aller Prozesse im Tagesgeschäft sicher und optimierst diese zur Erreichung unserer Unternehmensziele.
- Du hast sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten und zeichnest dich durch deine organisierte und strukturierte Art aus.
- Du erstellst und analysierst Statistiken und Reports, um daraus die notwendigen Maßnahmen abzuleiten.
- Du bringst eine Hands-on Mentalität mit und übernimmst eine Vorbildfunktion im Team
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Du hast ein Auge für Genauigkeit, und weißt, wie man Prioritäten setzt.
- Du bist belastbar und kannst selbstständig und strukturiert arbeiten.
- Du kommunizierst professionell und konstruktiv mit Kunden und Kollegen.
- Du bist in der Lage, auch bei kurzfristigen Terminen/Fristen immer den Fokus und Antrieb zu behalten.
- Du kennst dich in MS Office aus. Für unsere interne Software werden Schulungen und eine strukturierte Einarbeitung organisiert.
- Du bist ein begeisterter Teamplayer und bringst eine positive Einstellung mit an den Arbeitsplatz.
