**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
This is a SaaS enterprise sales leadership role, managing a team of Enterprise Account Executives in the DACH market for Braze's market-leading Customer Journey Orchestration platform. We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping brands communicate more effectively with their customers, building a winning team, and expanding our highly successful customer base.
**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:
- Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Account Executives in the DACH market, focusing on Braze's Customer Journey Orchestration platform.
- Drive full-lifecycle customer engagement: from prospecting and acquisition to retention and expansion.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams (Business Development, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, Sales Operations, Partnerships).
- Actively participate in customer-facing meetings, showcasing strong business acumen and negotiation skills.
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- 5+ years of experience leading enterprise sales teams in the DACH market.
- Proven track record in recruiting, developing, and retaining top sales talent.
- Deep understanding of SaaS sales cycles and long-term customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
- Strong technical and business acumen, with the ability to engage diverse customer personas.
- Experience navigating large organizations and identifying key decision-makers.
- Prior experience selling Mobile or Marketing Technology.
