THE ROLE
As Team Assistant Customer Success (M/F/x) you are an important part of our Customer Success Team, whose central success factor is the long-term satisfaction of our customers.
YOUR MISSION
- Onboarding: You will support our Customer Success Managers in onboarding new B2B customers and continuously improving the onboarding process
- Customer Presentations: You will assist in the creation of evaluations and presentations for existing customers
- Customer Support: You will support our Customer Success Managers in taking care of our existing customers by solving customer inquiries and problems on the phone as well as by mail in order to keep our service on the highest level
- Service Optimization: You will proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of our product and the optimization of our service quality
- Customer feedback meetings: You will conduct feedback meetings with customers and implement concrete suggestions for improvement accordingly
- Team: You report to one of our Customer Success Managers and work closely with colleagues from Customer Care, Project Management, Business Development, Engineering and Product
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Your background and experience: You have successfully completed your commercial training or your studies and have already gained some practical experience in dealing with customers
- You are a communication talent: You have excellent communication skills and can present complex issues in a simple and structured manner
- You have a heart for customers: You are emphatic and always interested in understanding your counterpart and their situation
- You keep the overview: You remain calm even in difficult situations, like to work analytically and look for creative solutions
- CRM experience: you have experience in using common digital systems in the field of CRM, task management and communication
- Language skills: You speak German at a native level and have a good command of English, further foreign language skills are an advantage
