**Aufgabe**:
Als Digitalization Expert beraten Sie das Business inkl. Management zu automatisierbaren Prozessdesigns und sind Multiplikator und fachlicher Ansprechpartner für Themen rund um die Digitalisierung zur Sicherstellung des Know-How Transfers und digitalen Fortschritts.
- Sie gestalten die digitale Strategie mit von der strategischen Konzeption bis zur operativen Implementierung und setzen diese inkl. Qualitätssicherung/ Überwachung des Rollout um
- Sie führen Markt
- und Technologie-Recherchen sowie Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie quantitative/qualitative Bewertung von Digitalisierungsvorhaben durch
- Sie identifizieren und selektieren relevante Digitalisierungstrends und Konzepte, erarbeiten entsprechende Entscheidungsvorlagen und setzen diese um
- Sie identifizieren und bewerten digitale, disruptive Geschäftsmodelle
- Sie leiten strategisch ausgerichtete Projekte

**Profil**:
Sie verfügen über ein Studium mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaftsinformatik/Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung mit entsprechender Fachrichtung bzw. fachspezifischer Zusatzausbildung bzw. mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Umfeld Digitalisierung.

Des Weiteren zeichnen Sie sich durch detaillierte unternehmensspezifische Kenntnisse oder außergewöhnliche Spezialkenntnisse sowie Fähigkeiten aus:

- Sehr gute Erfahrungen in klassischen und agilen Kooperationsformen
- Hervorragende Erfahrungen in der Leitung von strategisch ausgerichteten Projekten
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse im Umfeld künstliche Intelligenz und Strategieentwicklung
- Fortgeschrittenes Digitalisierungs
- und Marktverständnis
- Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in der Prozessautomatisierung und Qualitätssicherung
- Fortgeschrittenes Wissen über Telekommunikation und/oder IT-Produkte und Services
