Join us as an **Expert Customer Service & Tele Sales (f/m/d)** at the Global Head Office in Bonn, where you'll develop and administer plans and processes to drive revenue growth, enhance customer retention and acquisition, and increase lead conversion for small and mid-sized customers. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality customer interactions in line with business strategy, financial objectives, and Group guidelines and policies.

**Your key responsibilities**
- ** Build a Global Network**: Build strong connections with our global Customer Service and Tele Sales communities in various countries and assist local teams by responding to inquiries, resolving problems, promoting and selling products/services, and processing sales.
- **Drive Sales Success**: Support DHL Freight's country organizations in achieving sales targets by acquiring, retaining, and developing customers.
- **Embrace Digital Transformation**: Champion the digitalization, automation, and standardization of Customer Service and Tele Sales processes to ensure business success and customer-centricity.
- **Boost Customer Focus**: Foster a customer-centric approach in our global Customer Service function, setting clear KPIs and conducting transparent performance evaluations.
- **Enhance Customer Retention**: Ensure customer satisfaction through cutting-edge Customer Service and Tele Sales practices, contributing to long-term customer retention.
- **Gather Market Intelligence**: Collect valuable customer and market information to support new business initiatives and customer retention strategies.
- **Plan, Execute & Evaluate Campaigns**: Create implementation plans and ensure the successful execution of campaigns that support customer acquisition and retention programs. Document, communicate, and update department procedures.

- **Experience**: With more than 4 years of experience in Customer Service or a commercial role, your expertise will be valued and further developed.
- **Tech savvy**: Whether you have a university degree or relevant experience, we are looking for individuals who have a strong interest and affinity for technology, including AI, bot solutions, automation, and more.
- **Collaboration skills**: You should have the proven ability to manage requirements from a global point of view and work on cross-functional and multi-national teams
- **Solution oriented**: Your strong analytical, business modeling, and problem-solving skills will be put to use as you tackle challenges and find innovative solutions.
- **Communication skills**: Excellent communication skills and cross-cultural competencies are a must. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in German or other European languages is highly beneficial.
