**YOUR MISSION**
As **Director of Rooms Operations & Quality Management (M/F/d)**, you are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance processes. You will ensure that our services meet Marriott standards and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will coordinate with various departments and develop strategies to ensure the highest levels of guest and employee satisfaction.

**HELP US TO SHINE**
- Implement and maintain quality standards according to Marriott SOPs and LSOPs
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with standards
- Facilitate process improvement teams and develop creative solutions to enhance quality
- Analyze error trends and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate closely with other departments to continuously improve the guest experience
- Train and coach managers and staff in Total Quality Management
**SHOW US YOUR TALENTS**
- Completed training in hotel management or a similar field
- Several years of experience in quality management, ideally in the hospitality industry
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and coach a team
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Passion for continuous improvement and service excellence
