We are looking for an Operations Director (M/F/d) in our Berlin office

Your tasks
- Responsible for Customer Service, Onboarding process, Claims and Pre-Collection Department
- Maintain constant communication with Site Managers, team leaders and teams at Customer Service, Onboarding, Fraud and Pre-Collection to ensure proper operations
- Strategic planning of the Operations setup such as new IT projects and improvements to existing infrastructure in a cost-effective way
- Grow the efficiency of existing organizational procedures
- Lead, motivate, and support the teams and managers, team leaders, including setup and implementation of career development plans for all direct reports and problem resolution
- Monitor and set operational KPIs with priority in focus
- Recruit, train and supervise managers

Your qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, operations management, business administration, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in an operations management position
- High Ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of branch operations and customer service
- Leadership ability
- German at a native level and fluent in English
