**Aufgabe**:
Als Solution Sales Executive (m/w/d) übernimmst du als Trusted-Advisor bzw. Lösungsarchitekt auf CIO / CXO-Level die Verantwortung für die Lösungsgestaltung in komplexen ICT-Big Deals. In dieser Funktion entwickelst du das Zielbild und die Roadmap für individuelle Kundenlösungen in der Angebotsphase über die Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
- Du analysierst Kundenanforderung und arbeitest fachspezifische, individuelle Lösungskonzepte und -angebote aus.
- Du entwickelst Vertriebs
- und Accountpläne in Abstimmung mit dem Account-Verantwortlichen und akquirieren von Kundenprojekte.
- Du entwickelst die kaufmännische, technologische und organisatorische Value Story für ICT-Big Deal mit dem Fokus auf Multi-Gewerke mit hohem IT Anteil.
- Du verkaufst Produkte, Dienstleistungen und kundenorientierte Lösungen inkl. Vertragsabschluss, ggf. gemeinsam mit dem Account-Verantwortlichen.
- Du übernimmst das Ressourcen
- und Eskalationsmanagement bei der Durchführung der Kundenprojekten.
- Du leitest Projekte mit strategischer Relevanz.

- Leidenschaft und hohe Einsatzbereitschaft für den Gewinn geschäftskritischer Projekte bei den größten Kunden der Telekom Deutschland.
- Hervorragende Erfahrungen in der Leitung von strategisch ausgerichteten Projekten und diesbezüglicher Beratung auf CXO-Level
- Sehr gute Erfahrung in der Angebots
- und Vertragserstellung (Leistungsbeschreibungen)
- Tiefgehendes ICT Know How in den strategischen Feldern Networks, SD-X, SD-WAN Collaboration, Security, SASE und IT Cloud
- Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung und routinierte Vertriebsstärke mit nachweisbaren Erfolgen
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der fachlichen Führung großer Sellingteams, idealerweise in Matrixorganisationen
