**D**eine Aufgaben**
- du unterstützt unsere Geschäftsführung bei der Umsetzung von Marketing-, Vertriebs
- und Business-Development Aufgaben
- du erstellst Case Studies und Angebote und pflegst unser Kunden:innen
- und Partner:innen-Netzwerk
- du bist für die Umsetzung unserer macc Strategie sowie aller internen strategischen Projekte innerhalb unserer Unternehmensgruppe verantwortlich
- du organisierst Kunden-Veranstaltungen wie auch unsere eigenen Events

**Dein Profil**
- du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium (MA/MSc) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und verfügst über mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing, Sales Support und/oder Business Development (Agentur, Beratung oder auch im Bereich Inhouse Consulting, Innovation, Produktentwicklung etc. von Unternehmen)
- du denkst analytisch, arbeitest organisiert und strukturiert und kannst dich schnell in neue Themen und Programme einarbeiten
- auch unter Zeitdruck behältst du den Überblick
- du beherrschst Office 365 und die Arbeit mit Social-Media und digitalen Produkten
- es fällt dir leicht, Texte zu formulieren
- neben Deutsch sprichst du auch Englisch
- du arbeitest mit Engagement, Freude und Einfühlungsvermögen und bist teamorientiert
