**Your Day to Day**:
**As a Business Development Representative, you would be working on**:
**Proactive Lead Generation**:

- You will follow up on leads obtained from marketing or targeted lists, progressing the leads to uncover prospects business needs**:
**Create Opportunities within Assigned Accounts** - You will direct conversations towards uncovering the customers’ needs, progressing to a further meeting with an Account executive or opportunity**:
**Partner with Account Executives** - You will maintain constant communication with aligned Account Executives to discuss strategies and campaigns**:
**Meet opportunity and meeting targets**:

- You will maintain best practices around lead cadence to ensure leads are contacted immediately and a continuous cadence is kept during the lifetime of the lead**:

**As a Business Development Representative, your background will look like**:

- ** Educated to degree level or equivalent experience**:

- ** Fluent in written and spoken German and English**:

- ** Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis**:
