Our **Corporate Office on the beautiful island of Malta**, bundles together with the teams in Munich, all front office, marketing, and revenue activities outsourced from the hotels.

**Trust us, you won't get bored, as you**:

- take on the deputy management of the reservations team and the centralised front office.
- maximise guest satisfaction while continuously increasing revenue targets and minimising reservation costs
- are an expert and consultant for all operational tasks as well as for the optimisation of individual bookings
- plan the shifts of the Reservations Agents to ensure optimal capacity utilisation of the department
- are Responsible for the onboarding and coaching of colleagues on site in the hotels in the front office area
- maintain the PMS system and be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the online booking engines and front office kiosk system in collaboration with Revenue & Distribution/Group Reservations/Marketing department

**We've been waiting for you, since you have/are**:

- a completed training or a degree in hotel management or similar
- at least three years of professional experience in the front office or in reservations, with at least two years of experience managing a team of more than 5 people
- excellent communication and interaction skills
- commitment and self-motivation are your strengths
- a team player with a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- a very good knowledge of MS Office and reservation systems
- an excellent command of written and spoken German and English
