**Our Corporate Office on the beautiful island of Malta,** bundles together with the teams in Munich, all front office, marketing and revenue activities outsourced from the hotels.

- are primary contact person for our international guests by telephone
- consult our guests via all communication channels used at Ruby
- are responsible for the maintenance of our PMS and other hotel specific systems as well as all our guest and customer data
- implement our Ruby SOPs
- are contact person for our employees in our hotels

**We've been waiting for you, since you have/are**:

- professional training, completed studies or professional experience in the field of customer service, ideally in the area of hospitality
- excellent communication and interaction skills
- a high degree of commitment and self-motivation
- a team player with a high sense of responsibility and quality consciousness
- very good knowledge of MS Office and good knowledge of reservation systems
- excellent written & spoken English skills, additional Dutch, French, Italian or German skills would be a plus ;)
