Sports Promotions Lead

**Salary: €45,500 - €50,500K (dependent upon experience)**

**Hybrid working - 2 days a week in the office**

**The Role**

Reporting to the Senior Sports Promotions Manager, this role will cover all aspects of sports promotions and marketing with a focus on Bonus campaign planning, marketing, and analysis, as well as segmentation and customer journeys.

You will develop a clear understanding of the player activity to help increase retention and revenue.

You will also carry out various marketing activities, including campaign creation, digital, media, brand, and product development.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Planning of the promotional campaign calendar for specific territories.
- Executing, analysing and reporting on campaigns through various data platforms, suggesting, testing and implementing new strategies to improve future performance
- Develop an in-depth understanding of activity from all player segments
- Working closely with the Casino Promotion Team to maximise cross-sell opportunities during key sporting events
- Collaborate with the trading team to work with on the creation of price-based promotions and enhancements
- Work with the Insights team to help assess promotional performance for Sportsbook
- Writing Terms and Conditions and promotional design briefs to different departments and ensuring campaigns are fulfilled by relevant teams
- Resolving escalated Sportsbook queries (CS, trading)
- Competitor analysis and market development

**Skills, Knowledge and Experience**
- Previous experience in online gaming within Sportsbook
- A strong knowledge in sportsbook products
- A wide degree of creativity, brimming with new and innovative ideas
- Numerically strong with good Excel and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure completion of all tasks
- Customer focused and eager to improve the customer experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written and presentational)
