- Die Quality Group entstand 2020 durch den Merger der beiden Nahrungsergänzungsmittelhersteller ESN und MORE Nutrition. Über die Fitmart GmbH & Co. KG werden die Marken Fitmart, ESN, MORE Nutrition, GOT7 und Vayu online in der DACH-Region vertrieben. Das Sortiment beinhaltet Nahrungsergänzungsmittel für Sportler:innen, Diätprodukte und Fitness Zubehör.
- Was erwartet dich?
- deine Aufgaben- 
- Implementierung von Kundenbindungsmarketing-Kampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle, z. B. E-Mail, WhatsApp, etc., mit unserem Marketingtool Klaviyo für alle Märkte
- Leitung und Ausbau eines Teams von Textern, CRM-Managern und Grafikern
- Koordinierung von Kampagnen zu Produkteinführungen, Verkaufsaktionen, Sonderangeboten und regelmäßigen Content-Themen
- Identifizierung neuer Kontaktpunkte zur Kundenbindung, Entwicklung von Wachstumsstrategien für die verschiedenen Kundensegmente und einer intelligenten und kohärenten Customer Journey mit Fokus auf profitable CLV-Maximierung
- Analyse unserer Retention KPIs und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzial
- Detaillierte Analyse von branchenübergreifenden Benchmarks und CRM-Trends
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen eCommerce, Performance Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Technologie, Kundenservice und Agenturen/Dienstleistern
- Dein Profil- 
- 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich CRM und E-Mail-Marketing für eCommerce oder Direct-to-Consumer-Marken
- Du hast bereits CRM-Abläufe und -Kampagnen auf
- und ausgebaut
- Analytisches Denken und Affinität für Technologiethemen
- Ausgezeichnete Projektmanagement
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
- Du hast eine Hands-on-Mentalität, bist pragmatisch und extrem ergebnisorientiert
- Professionelle Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse
- Erfahrungen mit Klaviyo sind von Vorteil
