We are looking for a

**Student Assistant International Office & Student Life (f/m/div)**

part-time (15 hours/week)

Are you passionate about data management and have a detail-orientated and meticulous working style? Are you hoping to be part of a supportive and dedicated international team? Then this is the working student position for you The contract shall commence as soon as possible and is limited for a maximum of two years.

Your tasks:

- Devise and improve efficient procedures for student data handling
- Support with internal and external student statistics
- Administrative implementation of Student Life Cycle data management
- Maintenance and expansion of internal knowledge management
- Assistance in the organization of student events
- General student project work

Your profile:

- Enrolled at a German University for the duration of the contract (two years)
- Abstract thinking to understand data base processes
- Accurate & thorough personality traits
- Strive to improve structures and processes
- Proficient in MS Office, advanced Excel skills
- Hands-on approach and pro-active service orientation
- Reliable and an independent working style
- Strong intercultural competences
- Very good oral and written skills in German and English
