**The Examinations Office supports students in their learning journey by providing access to all assessment-related information and documents as well as ensuring compliance with assessment-related policies across all degree programs. This is accomplished by managing and documenting assessment-related processes and coordinating closely with faculty and other administrative staff.**
To support the team, we are looking for a

**Student Assistant**

(M/F/x, up to 20h/week, to start as soon as possible)

**You will**:

- Prepare all necessary materials for on-campus exams, such as attendance sheets, protocol sheets, and office supply kits for exam rooms
- Coordinate with faculty prior to exams, including distributing exam specification forms, creating room allocations, and posting exam instructions on Moodle
- Create proctor briefing materials with mínimal oversight required
- Responsibly proctor on-campus exams, with occasional support for online exams in part-time programs
- Participate in exam debriefings, report issues, and suggest practical solutions for continuous process improvement
- Organize the filing and archiving of exam materials, and develop a comprehensive archival system, tracking dates and locations
- Facilitate exam viewings with students on campus
- Process education verification requests sent from external agencies
- Assist in the preparation of graduation documents

**You are qualified because**:

- Are enrolled in a full-time master program for at least one more year
- Are fluent in English
- Have a flexible schedule; are available for 1-2 full days per week (preferably Mondays)
- Are comfortable using technology under pressure and troubleshooting common problems
- Enjoy working in a meticulous as well as service-oriented manner
