Our President’s Office team is looking for a
**Student Assistant - President’s Office**
(M/F/x, 20h / week, 14 € / h, to start as soon as possible)

**You will**:

- provide both administrative and operational support for the President’s Office
- assist in the preparation of meeting materials, research dossiers, and presentations
- assist with guest relations, welcoming and escorting guests to appointments on campus
- support the regular maintenance of our organization's CRM system, including verifying contact details, adding new contacts, and ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity
- assist with travel logistics, research, and planning
- support in the team in organizing and executing external events

**You are qualified for this position, because you**:

- are enrolled in a full-time bachelor or master program in Berlin for **a minimum of one more year**:

- are fluent in English and have conversational German skills
- are detailed-oriented, able to work independently, and take initiative
- have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
- have experience with MS Office; experience working with a CRM a plus
