**Key Role**:
**Basic Qualifications**:

- 6+ years of experience conducting, enabling, or directly supporting OPE and UW operations
- 3+ years of experience working on a J2X, J3X, or J39 staff at a TSOC, JTF, or Combatant Command
- Knowledge of DoD HUMINT policy, directives, and doctrine
- Knowledge of the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP)
- Knowledge of IW and UW policy, directives, and doctrine
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED

**Additional Qualifications**:

- Experience providing clandestine intelligence support to SOF and special activities
- Experience conducting or supporting personnel recovery
- Experience working with NATO or allied partners
- Experience with use of intelligence automated systems
- Knowledge of the intelligence community missions, functions, and interrelationships
- TS/SCI with a polygraph
- Bachelor’s degree
- Graduate of ASOT-C, MAGTF CI HUMINT, DATC, ASOC, AMSOC, FTC, or OTC Course

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,000.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
