In Deutschland konzentriert sich Arrow ECS auf die Produktbereiche Server, Storage, Network & Security, Desktop Delivery sowie Virtualisation und Services. Wir unterstützen Fachhändler bei der Realisierung maßgeschneiderter Lösungen für deren Endkunden. Das Produkt
- und Lösungsangebot wird kombiniert mit kontinuierlich wachsenden Services in den Bereichen Marketing, Ver-trieb, Finanzierung, Logistik sowie Technik und Consulting. Professionelle, teilweise exklusive Trainings und Schulungen unter dem Markennamen "Arrow ECSedu" ergänzen das Angebot.

**Product Sales Specialist**
**(m/w/d)** für unseren Bereich
**Network & Security**

Als zentraler Ansprechpartner eines definierten Hersteller-Portfolios (Fokus Fortinet) bist du für folgende Aufgaben zuständig:

- Fachliche und operative Unterstützung unserer Business Development Manager und Vertriebskollegen durch Produkt
- und Lizenzexpertise
- aktive, regelmäßige Telefonakquise zur Neukundengewinnung
- Kundenbetreuung und -entwicklung durch gezielte Produkt-Marketing Aktivitäten
- Fachliche Beratung und Kontaktpflege per Telefon und E-Mail
- Aus
- und Aufbau und Pflege der Geschäftsbeziehung sowohl zur Kundenlandschaft als auch zu Ansprechpartnern des Herstellers
- Mitgestaltung und Organisation von Marketingaktivitäten und Veranstaltungen
- Informationsaufbereitung für Webseiten, Partner-Newsletter, Intranet
- Projekt
- und Datenpflege im CRM-System
- akkurate Analyse, Reporting und Kontrolle des Lagerbestands
- Laufendes Auffrischen des eigenen Fachwissens durch Teilnahme an Schulungen
- Intensive Pflege deines Netzwerks beim Hersteller, aber auch Arrow-intern, um eine bestmögliche Betreuung unserer Partner sicherzustellen

**Dein Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Erste Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie Spaß am Verkauf
- Selbständige, eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Hohe Kunden
- bzw. Serviceorientierung
- Teamfähigkeit
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
