Are you passionate about HR Strategy and diversity and inclusion? If so, we are looking for a Senior Expert (f/m/d) in HR Strategy & Diversity to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing a coordinated HR strategy and you will be an expert consultant finding opportunities for improving I&D within our workplace. You engage with internal and external customers, communities and with German I&D networks.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Understand the needs of the organization and translate it into a consistent HR strategy
- Analyse external benchmark and market trends
- Design and lead initiatives that improve organizational efficiency, culture and employee engagement
- Bringing your expertise in I&D-related topics to the global I&D team and providing guidance on positioning the company as a leader in I&D in Germany
- Provide global guidance and framework in line with our values and mission
- Partner and work closely with relevant team members to ensure consistent, cohesive messaging, culture and diversity programs, and events across the organization
- Close cooperation with HR Business Partners, communities and business units

**What You Bring**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 5-7 years experience in HR strategy & management of sophisticated / international projects
- Strong conceptual and consultative skills including project scoping, problem solving, strategy development and project management skills
- Proven experiences of delivery & implementation of I&D initiatives
- Experiences in working with German I&D communities & networks
- Modern skills and understanding of the latest trends and developments in I&D
